New video tutorial: Using Abacre Restaurant Point of Sale for Salad Bar restaurants

In this video tutorial we create just one sales item: salad.
This item will have 3 groups of modifiers:
Proteins, Veggies and Fruits.
In this example: Veggies and Fruits are free modifiers.
While they also have corresponding inventory items.

If you don't want to print free modifiers like Veggies and Fruits then uncheck
corresponding option on Bill Configuration - Parameters tab.
