Pole (Line Display) configuration

If your pole is connected directly to computer by COM port (RS-232 cable) then try the following procedure:

1. Go to menu Configuration - Bill Configuration - Cash Drawer and Pole
2. Check Use Pole option.
3. Select Pole connection method: Direct connection via COM port
4. Select the right COM port.
5. Press OK.
6. Restart the program.
7. Try to create new order or take payment. You should see message on pole.

If it does not work then:

1. Go to menu Configuration - Bill Configuration - Cash Drawer and Pole
2. Choose another Command format.
3. Restart and try to create new order or take payment.
