Release of minor versions of classical Abacre Point of Sale products

The list of changes:

* Feature: added support of multiple configuration files.
* Feature: added Statement button on Clients window producing Account Statement report.
* Feature: added Term field on Client window to set payment terms in days. The field is located on Additional tab of Clients window.
* Feature: on Orders window it's possible to search for orders using order chit number.
* Feature: added Send Mail button on Report View window. Now it's possible to send reports by email.
* Improvement: Order Chit Number field located on Order window was available only in Abacre Restaurant Point of Sale. Now it's available in other Abacre Point of Sale products too.
* Improvement: added possibility to enter negative tax rates on menu Configuration - Property Settings - Taxes. In some countries negative tax rates are used for withholdings of law.

For Abacre Hotel Management System:

* Feature: added new Print Reservation button on Reservation window.
* Feature: in RoomCalendar window the stays and reservations are displayed now as links to corresponding windows.
* Feature: added support of tables management in standard and professional licenses of Abacre Hotel Management System.
* Improvement: added Rooms Calendar button on main toolbar.
* Feature: added new Night Audit report.
* Feature: added new option on menu Configuration - Preferences - General: Allow Check Out with Due Balance.
* Improvement: width of all columns on Stays, Stay, Reservations, Reservation, Rooms and Room Types windows are saved now.
* Feature: it's possible now to sort grids by any column on Reservations and Stays windows.
* Feature: added PO Number and PO Date on Reservation window.
* Feature: added Stay Code field with Go to Stay button on Reservation window.
* Bug fixed: it was possible to book dirty rooms.
