Program won't run

I installed version 4 and entered my registration number, but now it won't start.
I'm running WinXP SP3. I also have version 3 on my machine and that starts up fine.
What can I do ??????

Try to deactivate WEP protection for AFR. Or deactivate WEP protection.
Can you start v4.0 now?
