Printing Thai font problem

Hello Support team

I installed AbracreRest Demo Version 3.2.1.972. I created and translated Thai language file. I have no problem with the software translate. But printing receipt can not show the Thai language as it has shown on the screen. I set up the printer as Windows Driver. I think there is error on Thai font.

Roman please help I need to confirm my customers that program can print out in Thai fonts.

Try the following:
Go to menu Configuration - Bill Configuration - Parameters
check "Use Alternative Printing Module" option.

Does it print now with Thai fonts?

Can you scan the printed bill for both cases:
1. when "Use Alternative Printing Module" option is checked on
2. when "Use Alternative Printing Module" option is checked off
and send the scanned images to support@abacre.com?

BTW after using Thai language file do you see correctly user interface in Thai language?
Could you also send us your Thai language file?

hello i try to translate the language file with thai language but i only get ???? (question marks instead of thai language so i wont get it done also the front of the ticket (bill) wil not work does someone have idea how i can do

i use notepad++ for the text
