re AFR a folder without repeating...

i just ran AFR on a file folder and it only replaced 33% of the files inside. how do i run AFR on this folder again, without it repeating "replace" function on files it already replaced?

On Main window you may select Files (instead of Folders) thus you may drag-n-drop only needed files.
