Retailer POS - Abacre

We have recently purchased two License of Retail POS and now facing an issue on refunding the items. When we try to close the order after refunding the items it says that the amount due and the amount paid does not match, and can not close the order. The returns on End of the day is also shown as ZERO. Why this is happening and how can we sort out this issue. If everything goes fine we are planning to add 17 more License. Please help.

We also facing problems on registration. We were using version 4.9.8 and deactivated it - uninstalled and installed version 5.1 on the same Work Station. Now when we are trying to register it is not getting registered.

Please advise.

We cannot find *@inestsolutions.com.fj in the list of persons who purchased software. Send more details to support@abacre.com
Most probably version 5.1 is a paid upgrade for you (50% of original purchase price). The upgrade is optional. You may still use purchased version.
