Error Msg "Configuration file damaged.Reinstall the software

I emailed the problem to the support email, but you asked me who bought it, and when & the registration code. We bought the existing business 2 years ago, they were in business 2 years too. So the software I’m using is old, the version is 2.4, recently my computer doesn’t boot, so I copy the abacre folder down in case we can’t access again, but when I try it on different computer, it gives me abovce msg. How can I fix this problem? I try to contact the previous owner but no response at all.

This message simply means that you need to install software from setup.exe file.
You cannot just copy files into Program Files folder. We will send you email with more detailed information.
