How to open TCP port to incoming connection?

How to open TCP port to incoming connections to allow Abacre Point of Sale work in network mode?

Using Abacre Point of Sale in network mode requires installation of Abacre Firebird Distribution on server computer.

In order to make other computers to connect to server computer you need to open 3060 TCP port for incoming connections on server computer.
