Abacre Home > Audiofan MP3 to Wave Converter

Options and configuration

Configuration of the program has several options:

Destination directory is directory where your WAV files will be placed.

Use source catalog structure as subdirs. When it is off, converted files will be written into destination directory only. When it is on, converted files will be written into destination directory with the same folder structure as in source catalog. It is very useful when you convert several albums of the same band. Then files will be placed into corresponding folders of albums.

Prompt before overwriting existing files. When it is checked, the program asks you whenever you want to overwrite existing WAV files or not.

Delete source files after decoding. When it is checked, the program deletes source MP3 files after conversion finished.

Show configuration decode start. Normally this option should be checked. In checked state the program will show configuration dialog each time you want to make a conversion. For instance you can choose destination directory before conversion.

Shutdown Windows when decode finished. When it is checked, the program makes shutdown Windows after conversion finished. You can use this option when you convert huge numbers of files and stay your computer running at night. It will make shutdown automatically.

Exit program when decode finished. In checked mode, the program will be closed after completion of conversion.

Minimize to System Tray. When it is checked, the program will be minimized into System Tray during conversion.
