Print Notification & remove item

Hello I am having trouble on configuring the notification system with tables.

I want to use tables, and after I print notifications I want the items to be blocked and not removed after cllicking it.

Can you show me how to do that ?

On which window do you want to block items - on Order window or on Kitchen/Bar window?
If needed we may implement it as a new option.

Abacre is best point of sale and your required feature is buil in............you just need to create a new user with limited access and thereafter in preferences check only admin can remove items
