Print to 2 notification printers at the same time

Hello,

I have a client that requires to print orders for 1 product to 2 notification printers.
They need to notify the Hot Kitchen and Cold Kitchen for one product.
I can not see that it is possible to do this.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

In current version it's not possible to print the same item on two printers. But we may implement it. Please contact support for details.

This is actually against the best practice of restaurant industry protocols, because it will weaken the internal control system and may lead to misappropriation and cash embezzlement. How if you need, just print bill for order taker.........and bill can be printed as much as you required.

However, if your question is about printer on multiple printer as per assigned categories than you have to setup of ip printers and assigned related category with the relevant printer.
