"Search Words/Search Phrases" Rpts Stop Working if

As soon as I try to increase the number of results on a "search words" reports from the default of 7 to something like 10, the report produces no results at all. If I then switch it back to 7, I still get nothing. Only way to fix is un-install and re-install product. What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

Maybe it's the issue with cache file.
Try to remove cache files in Cache folder
C:\Program Files\Advanced Log Analyzer\Cache
Or during testing phase (when you try different report settings)
go to main menu - File - Options - General and uncheck "Incremental
analysis" option (it means "do not use cache files").

Thanks...if this can be fixed, I plan on buying this product. I like it quite a lot but feel like without the xml analysis, it greatly underestimates my traffic. ???
