Loyalty card / gift card

Hi,
Are you planning to add Loyalty card (client with card gets a % discount) or gift card (clients can pre pay and then pay for items with card)

If so, do you have any idea when these features will be released?
It is something I really need to have.

Yes. We are planning to release these features. We will try to release the features during 2011.

Do you have a more specific date?
I am opening up a new cafe at the end of may with 3 stations and would like to use ARPOS for this, however I really need to have this feature.
(I don't want to go through the process of learning a new system.....)

We have customers who have various levels of discount cards.

They are not Loyalty cards as such though.

Eg. VIP with a 10% discount, Senior Citizen with a 20% discount. The customer shows their card when ordering and the discount code is selected from the dropdown list on the order screen.

This is one way, but it also means a discount can be given without a card being present.
