how do I remove these messages from AFR

I get these messages when running afr
I dont understand them. I dont want to re[place the file. I am simply replacing text string INSIDE the file.
How do I get rid of the messages? How do I get the program to keep going and not stop?
where are the regular expressions modifiers explained?
