Every few days when we open the POS in the morning we get a file corrupt message and the POS will not open. It appears the main mdb file is corrupt. If I copy the three backup files from the previous days backup and put them in the POS main directory then everything works again. Is the main mdb file...

When we try to click on "Enter the beginning cash" it give us the message....."Cash count was already entered. Try to reconcile cash drawer". How do you enter the beginning cash?

I hope we will not be required to purchase the new version since I just purchased an upgrade to get the pole events that don't work.

Any updates released yet for the pole events?

The new pole event "Add Item to Order" appears to be permanently set at False. It says in the help that it is shipped disabled or false. How can you set this to True? All the other events are set to True. Is there a keystoke to set it to True? Also the Help button selection does not work on the Pole...

I posted the original question in April. Do I have to purchase the upgrade to get the new events? I don't know if it is worth it to get this for a $75.00 upgrade fee.

Is there any way to get more events for the pole display? There should be an event for showing items and their prices as they are added to the order.

Got my pole to work. The Logic Controls pole was an older model and did not fully support OPOS using the USB connection. I have another question however..... is there a way to add more events? It would be nice to add an event that shows the amount tendered and change after you select the payment typ...
