Added new video tutorial. Abacre Restaurant Point of Sale: simple inventory example (pizza and two ingredients)

 This video demonstrates using inventory with ingredients. During the video we created one sale item: pizza and to stock items: dough and red sauce. After closing an order the ingredients quantities were deducted from stock.
