2nd screen customer display

Hello we would like to add 2nd screen as customer display instead of VFD. This will display items orders as it is being punched. When no order is being taken then we would like to display advertisement using pictures or videos.

The 2nd screen will be LED customer facing non touch. It's size would be about 9 inches. We use 15 inches POS running Celeron or i3 processor, about 2 to 4 GB RAM and 500 GB HDD. OS is Windows 7 or PosReady.

Kindly let us know if this is possible and how it's implemented? Here's link of the images for reference.
