upload to FTP fails with error (see attached)

i was trying out Restaurant POS from Abacre and when uploading end of day backup to FTP, i was presented with this error:

PORT/EPRT is not supported. use PASV/EPSV instead of this.

it then shows file successfully uploaded box. but there are no files on the FTP server. i try connecting to and transferring files to the FTP server using a normal client, and that seems to work just fine, so i know its not the server that is the issue.

how do i resolve this? i only have a few days left in evaluation. help would be much appreciated.

we will try to verify it.
at least you may use third-party backup tools doing FTP backups.
Because all files needed to backup are located in folder:
\My Documents\Abacre Restaurant Point of Sale 6\
so you just need to regularly to backup this folder using any backup tool. that's all.
