Help with de-activation

I have a major issue. The PC where I installed my copy of Abacre has crashed and I had to re-install the operating system.
When I installed my copy of Abacre, I am getting a message "Error during activation process. All activation keys for your license are in use. You should deactivate software on some workstation or purchase more licenses"
Can you please help me to de-activate my software, so that I can re-start it?

My hard drive crashed on my computer several weeks ago.

I emailed the support email address requesting assistance having the license reset about 3-4 weeks ago and again today. I have not yet received a response to my email inquiry. Is there another way to request this license be reset so that I can install this POS software on my new computer?
