Upgrade

This software is PERFECT for our needs I highly recommend it!. My question is: My wife and I purchased the lite version of this software a few days ago and now need to use the standard version. We require the "Tables Management" option. Can someone tell me how to upgrade? This is very important that I do this ASAP as our Pub & Grill opens in a few days.

Table management is not available in Lite license. You have to upgrade into Standard license.

As you know we purchased the upgrade (two days ago) and the software is still not working. Here is the email that I sent to you this afternoon ..........

Hello Roman,

I really need to get this software up and running ASAP and it is still not working.

I have a thought, can I start from scratch and delete the program from my computer. Then download the standard version (that I paid for) from your website and get a new code from you and hopefully all will go well.

Please let me know because this is VERY Important.

Rick,

We already replied by email.
You should use the same registration key and you should download software from downloads section of our web site.
Then you should activate it as usually. Contact us by email in case of any activation problems.
