Bill configuration and closing day

Post by tom2 »

Hi, I have 2 questions concerning the software configuration. I intend to buy v3.

Is there a way to show the time and date an item was added to the bill?

Is there a way to close a day with open orders (close the cashier shift)?

Almost a month later with no help on the above post. Gives me something to think about before I buy.
I also have this question as my little cafe usually keeps a steady flow of repeat customers that pay all at once by the end of the week. If I close the end of day, how to keep track of these outstanding/un-paid orders? No way to keep a TAB open for a client?

ric, what you need is called "Payment On Clients Account". We don't have yet such option in ARPOS. But we are already working on it.

Yes. It's possible to do. Please go to menu Configuration - Bill Configuration - Parameters
and check the option: "Show Time Added".

It's not possible. You have to close all open orders and make z-out before closing a day.
But you can Clock In and Clock Out cashiers anytime during a day using corresponding buttons.
