Registering

Using the key for version 2.3 after it says "Thank you for registering, please restart program" That is done however the 21 day message still remains and is in the trial mode...please advise

Your registration key works for v2.x. The latest version of 2.x is
version 2.3. We sent you detailed instructions by private email.

OK, I have exactly the same problem and I received no email message. How do I fix this problem please?

I am having the same problem, my co buyed your product an if i fill in the code and restart the software it still tells me to register. With 2.3 works fine.
