Crashes on Windows Vista

It will install fine and run fine (if I choose to "Open Advanced Log Analyzer" at the end of the installation process). However, once I close it, it will not open again.

Windows Vista returns the following error:

ALA works fine on Vista. We made various tests. But very few users complained that it would not start. We made new build of the software today. Could you please download and install it again from:
http://www.abacre.com/download/ala.zip

Can you start it now?
(Verify that the date of ala.exe is 20th December).
