Paid and Change

How to create a paid and change in order form?.
And how to view it in billing configuration (please tell the syntax).

On Take Payment window select Cash as payment method.
So you will see Paid Change.

Then when you press Print Bill button you may print it on bill printer.
Note: <payment> field should be added into menu Configuration - Bill Configuration - Template.
