Reinstalled Windows now having Activation Problems

I Reinstalled Windows and then downloaded & reinstalled Abacre Retail.
It will not activate & has given me a new workstation ID.
Can Someone please help me with this problem
Have contacted support@abacre.com about 5 days ago
and have had no response.
