Need Help Bad

i was usint the retail 2.0 version and it was working great I went and changed my logo in the program and now it will not print my bills anymore. I went and download the new trial version 3.0 and when i change the logo on that version it will not let me print a bill also. Then once this occurs if I change the logo back to what it was originally then it still will not print the bill. what the heck is going on. I am using my regular windows printer. Thanks for any help.
