receipt paper will not cut

TM T85 ... I can print but does not cut the paper..What is wrong? Can anyone help???

Go to menu Configuration - Bill Configuration - Parameters
check "Auto Cut Paper" option.

this never worked.. I have been cuttinng the paper with a blade. Now that i have hired somebody to work the register.I would like to resolve this issue.I don't want anyone injuring themselves with a deep slash squirting blood in front of customers.
The printer is still the Epson tm-t85

Do you use OPOS drivers or Windows drivers?
See menu Configuration - Bill Configuration - Printer.
Because cutting bills is possible only when using OPOS drivers.
So if you are using Windows drivers then you should install CCO OPOS Drivers and native OPOS drivers as described in documentation.
