Hi, i am experiencing some problems when trying to print a bill, i have a Canon LBP3050 Laser Shot printer, it loads but never prints, i am using Abacre restaurant pos 2.4, i tried 3.4 and i can print there but not in 2.4, please help me

Version v2.4 is few years old. Why don't use use the latest version 3.2.1?
In v2.4 you can do the following: go to menu Configuration - Bill Configuration - Parameters
then check "Use alternative printing module" option.
