Change price

I'm looking for a way to see how often staff has used the "Change price" option. How does that appear in the database file? I've looked for it but haven't been able to find it.
In general, it would be great with direct reports on all ways staff could potentially mingle with the system. It's nessecary to give some staff admin status, but then they have access to a little bit too much. I would like a report summing up inventory changes, for instance.
