End of Day problems

I'm testing the system, but I'm running into the following problems:
When I click "Enter Begin Cash", it gives me the error "Cash count was already entered. Try to reconsile cash drawer". I entered a Begin Cash amount earlier, so that's probably the reason.

When I click "Reconcile Cash Drawer", to reconcile it says "There are some open orders. Please close open orders before reconciliation". But when I look at orders I cannot see any open orders.

What is the problem?

I found open orders in the Access file that were not visible in the POS system. After deleting them it was all right.

What is the status id for open orders in the access file? 0/1/?
I encountered the same problem and deleted all orders with status 0 in the access file but couldn't close the day.
Any suggestions? Thanks,

i'm having a a problem closing the day its still showing 1 open order and i cannot delete how do i access the access file to delete

Can you close it using Close Order button located in New Order window?
