Restaurant POS tests issue

Hi,
I am testing your software for almost a month now and I'm having problems with reconciling closed orders. I reconcile but only part of the closed orders are moving to reconciled status. Allways I have closed orders that are not reconcilling and thus I can't close the day. Is there any work arround for this? Am I doing something wrong?
