Is it possible to add Chinese language characters on the kitchen notification printout as well as the english, my Chinese chefs would find it very useful. the main language for the system needs to remain english, just Chinese/english on the kitchen print.

Right now it's not possible. But we are working on Unicode version right now. So it will be possible later on this year.
