Menu Item Note does not work

First of all, thanks for a very steady and reliable POS software 8) .
I have tried to ad a note to an order from several different terminals and it seams that it doesn’t work. I have already enabled the Touch Screen function in preferences and I still can’t make it work. It seams that the Note window getting temporary disabled when the smaller numeric keyboard shows up. However, it works good using the On-Screen Keyboard (OSK.EXE) from Microsoft. Looking forward for some feedback.

I came unstuck over the same problem.

Generally, the onscreen keyboard works, but not for the Note edit field. Try the following: Do not maximize the main window and keep it rather small, then "touch" the Note edit field. The onscreen window pops up after about a second to the right of the edit field. If the main window is maximized, you don't see the keypad and the program seems to be locked (but it's not). When the window is maximised you get out of the problem by waiting a few seconds (to make sure the onscreen keypad has popped up) and then hitting the enter key. That doesn't allow you to enter text, but at least the program is not jammed. There is another issue with the note edit field that sometimes really locks up arpos that is related to a database issue.

Roman knows about the problems and has promised to fix these bugs soon.
