Notes section?

Can you allow for a notes or a customer name section? For regular clients, I can place their name as a "table" now. But because I have a bar as well, I like to take names from clients to differentiate each person's tab.
Also, when people ask for seperate billing at the same table, I can tell who's who buy placing a note or checking names......
