Hi, everyone. My Logo that I created for my restaurant is not printing via Abacre. Now this is what I done so far.

Printer Type: EPSON TM-T88III(serial connection)

Converted My logo to monochrome bitmap...Check!
Downloaded TMFLOGO, I am able to print the logo from this program.

On abacre, Under Bill Configuration->Parameters-->selected show property logo. Checked the preview Bill and I see the command <propertylogo>. I would like to know if is something that i am missing or maybe the firmware(2.6.1.909) I have is not up to date. Again Everything is working perfectly fine from exception of my logo not printing from abacre.

We correct this issue at the beginning of the next week. Some other customers reported about it too. We will send you email then.

Note: you should see this issue when you use OPOS drivers when you connect your printer. Is it right? It works well for Windows drivers.

Thanks for your reply. But even with windows drivers My logo doesn't print. Please let me know what i have to do to fix it. Thanks for all your help.
