Database issue

We have been running the POS for 11 months with no issues other than configuration at onset. However during the last week the database will lose all company/worker/printer/bill configurations yet the inventory and transaction history remain intact.
What is going on? I have installed the latest revision and the issue remains.
I sent a db a year ago but you never responded, do you still require a db to be sent to you??
