We have been running the POS for 11 months with no issues other than configuration at onset. However during the last week the database will lose all company/worker/printer/bill configurations yet the inventory and transaction history remain intact.
What is going on? I have installed the latest revision and the issue remains.
I sent a db a year ago but you never responded, do you still require a db to be sent to you??

You should backup your data. Read more:

In fact all company/worker/printer/bill configurations are saved in one file:
default.cfg
and bill template is saved in billtemp.cfg file.
Could you try to search all your computer for default.cfg file?
Maybe you made backup of default.cfg file few months ago?
All information about orders/items/inventory is saved in database files *.mdb
