Interface not supported

Hi. When I follow steps on "Help" file and finishing connecting receipt printer and cash drawer and configuring setting. I test "printer bill" and "open cash drawer", a error comes out:"interface not supported"。can u please tell me how to fix the problem? Expect your help as soon as possible.

This is because you are trying to use OPOS drivers but CCO OPOS drivers are not installed on your computer.
You should download and install CCO OPOS drivers from the following location:
http://www.monroecs.com/files/OposCCOs-1_9_000.exe
