about item name

Hi, I have purchased the POS software and am testing it.
There some problems, when I add new items.
1. Item name 's length is limited. I think it is a bug because some dishes' name are long? can u unlock its limit in database.
2. I am doing chinese restaurant. So I have to use chinese name and english name for same dish.
can u provide one more line for another Name. If we do not need second name, we do not click it. then it can not be shown on panel and on bill.
