cant close order urgent

hello r

i have try your program in real situation since 4 days , i am happy about many things but i have 2 bigs problem :

on the attached files i have a bill who cannot be closed , i try many way ...nothing work ... can you fix it and more important tell me what to do if this happen again . i cannot Z closed because this open bill !!
i brought a printer epson lx-800 , the bill come out fine but after the paper continue to come out for about the 10 centimers. So a lot of white paper lost between two bills. I use roll paper so i don't know what to do . i try all different settings with the printer and always the same; i use the windows settings
Somethings also on the end of the day if the total don't matche , you ask " do you still want to reconcile" great but if you will say how much is the difference it will help : if the manager see a difference of 1 dollards , he will reconcile but if the difference is 100 dollards , he might check again is counting.

You cannot attach a sample file to the forum's message. So please send this file to support@abacre.com. It would be better if you could send your database file (*.mdb) and configuration file (default.cfg) and explain us why you could not close the order. Did the program show the error message?

Go to Configuration - Bill Configuration - Parameters.
Try to check/uncheck "Use alternative printing module" option.

It was made for security reasons. The cashier should not know the difference on the moment she makes reconciliation. Otherwise it will significantly increase chances of theft.
But we may create a new options allowing to show such information. We added it into our To-Do list.

The release of v2.2 is delayed due to some issues in v2.1. We are planning to finally release it on May 15.
