failure to activate

I just purchased another copy of 2.0 restaurant POS to put into another restaurant . Everything worked ok up to activating software. When trying to activate online I get "error during activation process. License Information was not found on our online system.
When I tried to activate offline, License info does not show.

Now what!! I have a restaurant opening tomorrow.

We see in our database that you have successfully activated the software. In fact there is maybe delay 1-2 hours between the time you received registration key and time you can activate the software. (Your registration information should be received from our e-Commerce partners and imported into our database).

first, thank you regarding registration. now up and running. everything works EXCEPT.. when I go to orders I get a "no value given for one or more required parameters". When I close that message I get the orders screen with no entries at all.

If it's possible please send to support@abacre.com your *.mdb and *.cfg files. We will quickly locate and fix the issue.
