Problem After Printing

I have problem every time I close a table the whole POS system shut down but not the windows.

Most probably you have this issue because you installed the program
from zip archive (you simply unzipped it). In fact you have to install
the program from setup.exe file located in arpos.zip file.
Please download the official installation file from the following
location:
http://www.abacre.com/download/arpos.zip

Which files I need to save or backup so I can use all the editing stuff, menu, users I had in the system right now.

Now I am stuck in activate the account. I followed your steps and now. I need to activate the program and it's telling me All active keys for your license are in used. I tried the offline active and went online but it's asking me for the deactivate code which i don't have access to this anymore.

Help plzzz as soon as possible

You purchased one license and this license is currently in use. So you
cannot activate it on second computer. You should purchase an
additional license. We will send you further instructions by private
email.

Well I am using it on the same computer. I didn't use it on a new one.

ANt that's what I am trying to do Deactivate the one in use right now. And activate the new installation.

I don't understand why you don't have phone support. I am stuck here and I have to open in few minutes. :S

Actually we provide free and rapid email support. And we will probably
