Quantity number appers next to price no space in bill print

Here in Venezuela a normal price is 15000.00, 40000.00, etc. A complete bill can be 256000.00 even 1000000.00. How can be inserted a space between this two fields (quantity and unit price). Also there is a way to send compress font to the bill printer, we use EPSON TM-220 series printer.
