Is this possible without the waitress having to log in?

I use a single point cashier system. All orders are given to her by the waitress. At this point I want the Casheir to click the waitress button, select the name of the waitress and then enter the order detail and print notification to the bar / kitchen.

It would be great if the order that is printed to the Bar included the waitress name, rather than the name of the person logged in. (in my case the cashier)

Yes, it's possible:

Go to main menu - Configuration - Preferences - Order
check "Show Choose Waitress button". Press OK.
Now on Order window you will see Choose Waitress button.
(restart the software if needed).

Then:
Go to main menu - Configuration - Bill Configuration - Template.
On any needed place of bill you may add the parameters:
<waitressfirstname> - First name.
<waitresslastname> - Last name.
<waitresslogin> - Login (user name).
<waitressno> - Waitress's internal number (code).
