I'm considering the product now that I see QB is supported(would like to see that in a demo). But I have some questions about the various license types. Due to our setup I "Think" I would need 1 Restaurant POS Server Prof., now can I mix other lower lic. with that? I think I would need 1 Rest POS for Admin, and then the Terminals themselves could use the standard license. Is that about right?

Yes. You may mix the license types. It's safe to mix standard and professional licenses. But, for example, if you use Lite licenses on Terminals then it will not collect inventory information. Even if you enable inventory in Professional license installed for admin/manager. So you have to take in consideration such factors.
