Date & Time Change when closing order?

Hi, I have just taken on a new customer who owns a restaurant. They are using Abacre Restaurant POS 2

They called me to investigate a strange thing happening with there system.

On the 1st July 2014 they entered 7 separate orders on the system.
When I look at all orders by date it only shows 3x orders totaling e161.70 for the 1st
When I run the sales report by date it shows 7 orders totaling e600.60 (this is correct)

A bit of digging around running different reports shows the missing 4x orders as being on the 28th June ?

So I created a new order yesterday (2nd July)
1x coffee at e1.50
While the order is open the date and time that the order was entered is correct.
When I closed the order it printed the receipt with the correct date and time (2nd July @ 14:33)
Immediately run the sales report and it has stored the transaction as being closed on the 2nd but @ 13:16 ????

The computers date and Time are set correctly and the PC is NOT connected to the internet?

Can anyone shed some light on this problem or has anyone experienced the same?

Your customer is using version released about 7 years ago. We don't support this version. Sorry.
Please ask customer to purchase upgrade into the latest version 6. In case of any found issues we may correct it during one business day.
