Couple questions

Hello mr Roman:

I own a licence of the restauurant pos. pro version

I need to expand to an extra. Station. Can i purchasse a lite. Version licence. For this station?


I try co setup the cash drawer conceted directly to a usb printer,

And it. Won't open i set as hexadecimal with the parameters " 1B;70;00;19;FF
And the drawer still not open in printer is. Set to the correct printer, printer is. Printing bills,invoice etc correctly,

I tried the. Other hex values and I get the not printer conected or. Found
With. Bith of the parameters, with the first. One. No error message but it. Won't open,
Can you please. Help. On this

Yes. You may purchase additional Lite license. It may work in network with Professional license (including all limitations of Lite license).

Which brand/model of printer do you have?
Which brand/model of cash drawer do you have?

Did you read the page?

Note: in some cases after changing settings of cash drawer you may need to restart the program.

The Printer Brand is Star modelo TSP100 cutter USB Conected

The Cash Drawer is a Dyna POS CD-300

Conected directly to printer.

printer is printing all its functions but drawer is not opening


How much is the cost of lite licence and if you have any discounts at this time please give me the Quote. so I will
place the order.
my budget is getting low and I am not opened my bussiness, am wishing to get the Bistro open within the next three weeks

The software work fine with this cash drawer. We even recommended it several years ago on our forum:

The problem is with Star printer. Fortunately Start printer has built in features to open the cash drawers internally. Try the following:

In Windows go to Control Panel - Printers.
Select Star printer.
Right click and select Properties.
Go to Device Settings tab.
Then set Cash Drawer 1 to "Open after printing" or "Open Before Printing".

Does it work now?
