As title, Where do I enter the tips when I close a bill?

Already I set the tip add manually, but most case customer leave tip after close bill.
Is there any option for this issue?

Go to menu Configuration - Property Settings - Taxes and Tips
and select Manual tips.
So you will be able to enter tips on Take Payment window.

I mean after close order.
my waitress didn't charge tip and closed his order.
And this case, how I can add tip at the closed order.
