Bilingual Bill / Invoice

Is it possible to print a Bill in two languages? One line in English and the second line in Arabic for example?
I have tried this feature with the Notification Printer and it worked great. Just click Show Alternative Name or Show Notes for Items. You must type in one of these field to appear in the print out. This is very helpful if the kitchen staff is speaking other language.
Please advice how to make this feature available in the Bill Printer?
